After a believer has given He’s or Her life to Christ and started on the pedestal of building a relationship with God. It is very important for such to be guided on the part of knowledge and relationship building with God , so as to make such believers faith to be grounded in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
The new converts class can also be referred to as “new birth” and this means a person has become a new member of God’s family
Whether you are a new believer or an old one but needs an opportunity to learn how to live your life for the Lord Jesus Christ in this trying times. This is the best class for you. As Christians and witnesses of He’s Gospel God has given us specific instructions and laid down precepts on how to live our lives for him whilst living the best possible life.

Water baptism is an act of faith and obedience to the commands of Christ. One of the principal passages, which establishes it as a doctrine is Matt 28: 19-20
We all can recollect Jesus Christ was first baptized before He could commence the work of the Ministry and we are His disciples, we need to follow in his footsteps. Mark 1:9 “ At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. He was not a sinner, yet he humbled himself in obedience to identify with us and give us an example to follow
Water baptism according to the book of Acts 19:4 is a public show of a Person’s repentance from their sins. It originated with John the Baptist
The following are scriptures that further illustrates the importance and significance of water baptism
Mark 16:16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be save; but He that believed not shall be condemned.
Baptism in water should be done after receiving and declaring Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Savior as demonstrated in the books of Acts 2:41 Those who accepted his message were baptized.
WORKERS IN TRAINING
Churches from time to time recruit workers that are dedicated to service, these workers from time to time requires certain level of training that will make them equipped for the task ahead 2Tim 2:15
It is with the purpose of having a well equipped and diligent workforce who has full understanding of what selfless service to God is that bore the workers in training class, The goals of training includes but not limited to
- Producing matured group of believers who will be able to teach others the good news that will lead them to Christ
- Produce believers that can efficiently reproduce disciples that will be as strong in the faith as they are
- To prepare workers for administrative roles within the church that will make them effective in their chosen areas of service such as choristers, Ushering, evangelism etc
DOCTRINAL TRAININGS
This are teachings that touches further on our beliefs as a church and body of Christ. This teachings reflects Godly principles and concept in opur lives as individual and as a church some of our beliefs are as stated below
We believe that all the Scriptures, both New and Old Testaments are written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit – II Timothy 3:16-17, Luke 24:25-27. All the Christian teachings and the Christian attitude of the children of god are such that are established in the Holy Bible – II Timothy 3:10-15, 2 Peter 1:21; John 17:17; Psalm 119:105.
As revealed unto us by the Bible, we believe that there is only one God, who is the creator of both visible and invisible creatures – Genesis 1:1; Psalm 86:9-10; Isaiah 43:10-11; John 1:1-3. The only one who can make alive and lives forever
The Holy Spirit is the third person in the TRINITY. He has the same power, the same glory with God the Father and the Son – John 14:16-17, 15:26; Matthew 3:16. He is one with the Father and the Son, who is to be worshiped and served.
We believe that there is a devil, who seeks the down-fall of every man. He brought sickness, sin and death into the world – Genesis 3:1-16. He seeks the destruction of those who exercise their faith in the Lord. Jesus – Matt. 4:1-11; James 4:7; I Peter 5:8. The devil has several unclean spirits over who he governs – Matthew 12:24. Who will one day be thrown into the lakes that burns with fire and brimstones
